Finally! From the 1st of March the store is open again. We are looking forward to your visit! Currently we have super discounts on the winter goods! The latest summer items are constantly arriving and we will present them as soon as possible in the store.
Of course we will keep you up to date!
The guidelines of the BAG still apply: Hygiene masks are mandatory in the store. As well as a max. number of people in the store, these are communicated at the entrance doors. If the maximum number of people in the store is reached, you will be asked by our staff to wait outside for a moment. In the store it is very important to keep the necessary distance of 1.5 meters to the next person.

Unfortunately, it was decided on Wednesday January 13, 2021 that stores will have to close starting January 18! We are also affected by this.
Rental & Service are still open daily during opening hours. Also bike service & repairs are allowed to make.
In addition, we recommend our webshop, easier than online shopping does not go anyway;)
It is also possible to order by phone, mail, WhatsApp etc., pick up the goods from us & pay directly in the store.
We will set up a separate “pick-up zone” in the store for this purpose.

On Friday January 1 as well as Sunday January 3 2021, the store will be closed again according to the requirements of the Federal Council. As we are already used to, we will take care of the rental in front of the store on these days.
On Saturday January 2nd, the store will be open as usual.

December 25 – 27, only the rental in front of the shop will be open.Our team will take your reservation outside the store and will set up the equipment for you. We are not allowed to serve customers in the store, so everything will take place outside.

The store will be closed on Sunday, December 20 and from December 25 to 27, with the exception of rental equipment.
There will be a separate pick-up and return point set up in front of our store. All equipment must be reserved and paid for online. For phone reservations, we will provide you with a payment link.
Since we recommend a fitting, especially for shoes, we ask that you come by the store on the days we are open, if possible.
How we protect you
We regularly clean our hands with soap or disinfectant.
Whenever possible, a window separates us, or we wear a hygienic mask.
We keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other and from you.
We clean surfaces and objects regularly.
If we feel sick, we go home and isolate ourselves until we are well again.

Wash your hands regularly with soap or disinfectant.
Wearing a hygiene mask is obligatory in publicly accessible facilities, heavily frequented pedestrian areas, in all means of transport in Jungfrau Bahn (Railways, gondolas and ski lifts) as well as in public transport.
