In addition to feedback and tips on running technique, nutrition and training for the trails, we want to show you when and how to use the running poles effectively.
Requirements: Do you run regularly and are you used to covering vertical meters? Then this workshop is right for you!
Equipment: Suitable clothing for the weather and good, off-road running shoes. If you like, bring your poles with you – there are special techniques for using these on the trail sand we will share with you how to use the poles optimally. We also recommend a running backpack with a drink.
